This thirty minute class will focus on cardio health. There is a brief dynamic warm-up, followed by intense interval training, and a yoga based standing stretch. The exercises and intervals will change, but examples include jump rope, burpees, box jumps, step kicks, and anything to get the heart rate up. Resistance or isometric exercises will sometimes be used as active recovery time with stretching in between intervals.

Studio 1
This thirty minute class will focus on cardio health. There is a brief dynamic warm-up, followed by intense interval training, and a yoga based standing stretch. The exercises and intervals will change, but examples include jump rope, burpees, box jumps, step kicks, and anything to get the heart rate up. Resistance or isometric exercises will sometimes be used as active recovery time with stretching in between intervals.
Exertion levels: cardio - high; balance - high; strengthening - moderate; flexibility - moderate; coordination - high; overall challenge - moderate/high.

Pilates –This sixty minute class focuses on the intermediate mat series, followed by a deep classical stretch. The mat series will remain unchanged, but exercises may rotate, and props may be added. Absolute control of each movement is the goal, with repetitions a secondary focus. Expect the core and postural (powerhouse) muscles to be challenged, stretched, and strengthened.
Exertion levels: cardio - low; balance - moderate; strengthening - moderate; flexibility - moderate; coordination - high; overall challenge - moderate.
